SOLDIERS' RE-UNION
FUNCTION FOR TO-NIGHT. General Sir Andrew Russell, who will bo the guest of honour at the returned soldiers' re-union dinner tonight, arrived 1 in Ashburton this afternooni. He will be the guest of Colonel John Findlay during his stay in Ashburton.
All returned solders and nurses and members of the fighting units of the British Empire are invited to attend the re-union, which will be held' ini His Majesty's Theatre. Mr F. Milner (Rector of the Waitaki Bovs' High School) and Mr T. D. Burnett, M.P., will be honoured guests at the function.
