ONE SAVED BY ACCIDENT. CAUGHT ON HOOK BY TROUSERS. I (United Press Association—Copyright.) (Received This Day, 8.55 a.m.) BELGRADE, March 31. When the engine of a pleasure launch failed in a storm on Lake Ochrida, nine occupants who tried to swim ashore were drowned. The victims included two a military governor, and three women. All who remained on the launch were saved, including the secretary to the Jugoslav Foreign Office, who tried to jump overboard but was held fast by a projecting hook penetrating his trousers.
