The third Napier wool sale concluded this morning, bidding continuing to be erratic, with passings frequent. , e It is estimated that 50 per cent, ol the whole offerings was passed. Last night's values were insecure this morning, it being estimated that prices at times showed an even further slight lowering tendency, the market toeing at sixes and sevens.
