Florence Hetenia Luseombe, of' Flemington, Ashburton, applied in the Supi-eme Court, before Mr Jx»tice Smith, for further pi-ovision out of the* estate of her late father, William Edwards Bond, of Ashburton, orchardist. Au order was made vesting two-thirds-share of estate in plaintiff absolutely. Mr Charles appeared for plaintiff, Mr Cuthbert for the Public Trust, and Mr Nicoll for plaintiff’s infant children.
