UNSANCTIONED CIRCULARS. M.P.'S ACTION DISMISSED. (United Press Association —Copyright) (Received This Day, 9.5 a.m.) LONDON, February 18. Mr Neil Maclean, M.P. for Govan (Glasgow), failed in an action against the Workers' Union, seeking to declare void its resolution for his expulsion for issuing circulars without the Union's sanction. . The Court held that the Union had acted in accordance with its rules.— Australian Press Association.
