VICOMTE AND HIS WIFE. FLIGHT IN GIPSY^MOTH.^^, LONDON, September 17. Vicomte Desibour and his wife (who is the daughter of Mr Gordon Selfridge, the London millionaire merchant), flying a Gipsy Moth, fitted with slitted wings, left the Stag-lane aerodrome on Friday on the first stretch of their round-the-world tour. They will travel in easy stages, staying for big game shooting in India, flying thence to China, and from there going by steamer to America. Mr Selfridge was most anxious about his daughter’s safety, and repeatedly said that be wished she was not going, but the vicomtess reassured him, tied on her aviation cap and waved a most cheerful goodbye.
