FINE OF SEVEN POUNDS. -t CHRISTCHURCH ACCIDENT. (Per Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH. This Day. An echo of the motor accident in Lincoln Road on the evening of June 26 was heard in the Magistrate's Court this morning, when Kenneth Burns Bain, an insurance manager, of Christehurch, was charged, before Mr Lawry, S.M., with negligent driving. He was fined £7 and costs, the Bench holding that the speed l was excessive ftwl that a woinnn was severely injured.
