A DRAPERY BURGLED.

SEASONAL DISCRIMINATION. AUCKLAND, April 26. ( A good haul was made on Sunday night by burglars who visited the small drapery establishment conducted by the Misses Bain at the. Mount Eden .tramway terminus. The thieves gained an entrance ■■ to the lock-up shop by forcing a window at the back. They thoroughly overhauled the entire stock in the shop, selected all the winter clothing, and left the summer goods behind. The clothing taken was principally women's and children s goods. ' "They almost cleaned my stock right out, and I'm disgusted," Miss Bain said this morning. "I have not yet totalled the value of the goods stolen, but it is somewhere in the vicinity of £l5O. So much was removed that the robbers must have used a conveyance to fake it away."
