MOB THREATENS LYNCHING. (Per Press Association —Copyright.) NEW YORK, January 16. An elderly man arrested at Flint, Michigan, confessed to killing Dorothy Schneider, aged five, who was kidnapped and murdered on her way home from school. A mob surrounded the gaol, threatening to lynch him, and this necessitated his removal after he had made an unsuccessful attempt at suicide in his cell by cutting his throat with a nail.
