A DUNEOIN MAINTENANCE CASE. WARRANT SEVEN TEARS OLD. (Per Press Association.) DUNEOIN, This Day. Arrears amounting to £9OO were indicated in a maintenance case heard at the Police Court, where James Edwin King, who was arrested at Christchurch oh a warrant issued seven years agOj was charged with disobedience of an order bo maintain his wife. Accused had been living under a different name. He admitted that he had an obligation to another woman, and three children, but he would do what he could if given a chance. Defendant was sentenced to six months' imprisonment, the warrant to be suspended if he pays £4 6s 8d a month.
