OFFENCES AT ELTHAM. (Per Press Association.) ELTHAM, This Day. J. D. McCoy, an ironmonger, and A. Noyak, restaurant keeper, were charged at Court to-day before Mr Tate, S.M., with having on December 27 carried on the business of bookmakiug and, on December 31, * keeping the "premises of a common gaming house. They pleaded guilty and were fined £75 and £SO respectively. The second charge was withdrawn.
