WOMEN’S TITLE INAUGURATED. LADY BAILEY FIRST HOLDER. (A.P.A. and “Sun” Gables.) (Received This* Day, 12.5 p.m.) PARIS, January 16. The International Union of Aviators awarded Colonel Charles Lindbergh the men’s international trophy for 1927, with the title of Champion Aviator of the World. A new title of Lady Champion Aviator of the World was awarded to Lady Bailey.
