Oakley for recognition of his time of 7min 13sec established at the Wairarapa Caledonian Society s sports on January 2, as the New Zear land grass track cycle record for three miles. Three watches agreed- The course was certified as the full dis tance. It was decided to approve the application and forward it to the Wei lington centre.
