DEFENCE CLUB MATCH. A match of seven shots tach at 300, 500, and 600 yards was fired by the Ashbiirton Defence Rifle Club on Saturday. The weather was fine but dull. G. Cromie proved the winner with a total of 97, J. Yeandle being runnerup with 96, and F. Clark third with 95. Details are as follow: —
