ASHBURTON v. ELLESMERE. A match between teams representing the Mid-Canterbury Lawn Tennis SubAssociation and the Ellesmere SubAssociation was played in Ashburton on Saturday and resulted in a win for Ashburton "by 18 sets to 14.
