WORK OF THE BISHOPS. The Bishops have met and are expected to issue an outline of the final proposals, probably on Friday. The “Morning Post” expresses the opinion that the sudden publication of Lord Halifax’s notes has stiffened the opposition to any plan the Episcopate mav evolve for salving the new PrayerBook.
