HIS MAJESTY'S THEATRE. Lovers of mystery plays, who like to sharpen their wits in analysing complicated plots, have a treat in store for them at His Majesty's, where Universal's mystery film-drama, "The Cat and the Canary," will be screened finally to-night. Laura La Plante, the vivacious blonde star deserves the greatest praise for her excellent portrayal of Annabelle West, the sole legatee of an eccentric old recluse's estate, who, actuated by strange motives, stipulates that his last will and testament he read in an abandoned country mansion, in the very room in which he died, at the midnight hour. There are two very interesting Gazettes.
