An economic co-operation of the Empire was urged hv Mr Amery, addressing the Board of Trade "without any strait jacket of an Imperial tariff, and without limiting the units in forming tariffs to suit their own needs. We can find'ample room for co-operation, foster mutual support and stimulation hy other means.
