Or. C. E. Russel-Rendle, who has been visiting Ashburton for the last 1 six weeks, leaves by the first express to-day, en route to the North Island, j where he will spend some little time before returning to England. A London cablegram that after a two months' visit .tcrthe United States and Canada, studying the systems of testing and treating milk, Mr R. E. Herron (manager of the Wellington Municipal Milk IDepot) ihas begun similar investigations in Britain.
