GERMANY TO REPAY.
LEVIES ON BELGIAN TOWNS. (Per Press Association—Copyright.) LONDON, December 29. ' The Brussels correspondent of "The Times" says that during the German occupation of Belgium, military courts exacted levies on a number of towns to pay for damage allegedly done to German property by crowds at the outbreak of the war. A mixed tribunal has now ordered that Germany shall repay to Antwerp 1,000 francs with costs.
