ATTITUDE TO WORLD POLITICS. "(Per Press Association—Copyright.) LONDON, Feb. 15. Mr James Beck, formerly SolicitorGeneral for the United States,- writing in the "Morning Post," in a series of articles on the world outlook, defends America's aloofness from European affairs. He contends that if she became an "inter-meddling Paul Pry" it would make the confusion even worse. If the late President Wilson had not gone to Versailles there would have been a speedier and better peace. Similarly the Locarno agreement woxild have been more complicated if America had been represented at the conference there.
