The Latvians hare sent a Note to the Soviet demanding thorough investigation of a frontier incident which occurred Friday, when (he men crossed the frontier, and allegedly assaulted and carried oil' a policeman. . ~ „ The Note demands repatriation oi the policeman and the punishment of the culprits.
