A VISIT TO LONDON,
SIR JAMES PARR'S PLANS. SPECULATION AS TO FUTURE. WELLINGTON, December 30. Dates have been pencilled m for passages for Sir James and Lady Parr to London in a steamer leaving New Zealand in April. Sir James Allen's term as High Commissioner does not end till a few months later, but if Sir James Parr is to be the next representative of New Zealand in London, he would naturally like to be on the spot some time before Sir James Allen leaves the office, in order to make himself conversant with what has been going on. If Sir James Parr is to be High Commissioner there will be another vacancy ! to be filled in Mr Coates's new Mmlistry. \
