HARBOUR COLLISION. (Per Press Association— Copyright.) ( TOKIO, July 17. A message from Kobe reports that the Havre Maru (5821 tons) collided with the harbour freighter Hallgnm, causing the latter to sink. There were no casualties. The Havre Maru is seriously damaged.
