VOTING STRENGTH OF EMPIRE
(Per Press Association—Copyright.) (Received This Day, 11.35 a.m ) V LONDON, July 17. The Australian, Canadian, New Zealand, and South Afrjcan High Commissioners conferred with Mr J. i± lhonias this morning in reference to the Allied Conference, but it is stated nothing was settled pending the arrival of fresh information from Canada.
