IMPERIAL MINING CONGRESS. (Per Press Association— Copyright.) (Received This Day, 10.10 a.m.) LONDON, June 8. The final closing session of the Mining Congress at Wembley resolved to constitute an Imperial Council of Mining and Metallurgical Institute. The constitution includes first a communication of co-operation between the constituent bodies throughout the Empire, and secondly to foster and maintain the high level of technical efficiency and professioanl status and establish the register of professional mining metallurgists.
