OLYMPIC GAMES. DOMINION REPRESENTATION. (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, July 24. At a meeting of the Olympic Council a motion was passed recognising the right of riflemen who have competed for money prizes competing at the Olympic Games. . The High Commissioner notified that Dominion teams would have to enter through English football and rowing S. Dean said that the New Zealand Rugby Union would send a team Home independently of any othei b °Asked if the Rugby Union would assist the council with funds, lie said that the Imperial aspect of the games had disappeared. They had been handed over to the Stadium Committee of the Empire Exhibition, and it might be a private enterprise.
