DELHI, December 13. Mr J. Kingston, Reuter’s _ General Manager in the East, and director of the Associated Press of India, was killed through falling from a train while returning from Dellii at night after a day’s shooting. A party from Munich went to Goeppmgen, near Stuttgart, to act as guards to a meeting, and were attacked by workmen, who killed one and'.severely injured several others.
