Europe’s '$ loneliest monarch —the ex J Kaiser is out of business—is in search of a wife. King, Boris, of Bulgaria wants to marry a young, beautiful, cultured lady;, and “see here, she must be an. A shock ot black hair, a small moustache, and a rugged, powerful face are his outward characteristics. He is the peasan s champion, and he has never un er taken a more popular enterprise than the one on wiich he is at present engaged.
