ANGLO-JAPANESE PACT.
BRITISH COLUMBIA'S DEMAND
OTTAWA, November 2. The British Columbia Legislature unanimously adopted a resolution asking the Canadian Government to abrogate the Anglo-Japanese Treaty so far as Canada is concerned. It was also resolved to ask the Ottawa Government to amend the Immigration Act so as to bar totally the immigration of Asiatics.
