THE CORONER'S VERDICT
(Received November 4, 9.50 a.m.) LONDON, November 3. The coroner's verdict m the Streatham tragedy was that Coates murdered the other three and then committed suicide. Coates' letter to his brother said: "Things are dead against me. I have no alternative. I am without funds, which I spent m litigation. There is nothing but to put an end to it. I am taking them with me. I do it not m spite, but love.''
