CEMENT SUPPLIES.
(Per Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, April 27. Mr P. R. Climie, organiser of the Canterbury Progress League, has received the following telgram from the secretary of the Board of Trade, in reference to the supply of cement for Canterbury:—"Your telegram re cement. Ngahere's shipment for Christchurch has not -been altered Present proposal is that she takes some 700 tons for Christchurch and district. Six hundred tons from Golden Bay also due Christchurch immediately."
