SIR T. MACKENZIE'S PROTEST.
LONDON, April 27
Sir Thos. Mackenzie, High Commissioner for New Zealand, in a letter to "The Times," urges au immediate reduction in the price of mutton, and expresses dissatisfaction at the continuance of control of colonial products. He says that trade must not be imperilled! by bureaucratic action.
