SYDNEY, July 14. There were twenty-three influenza deaths for the week-end. Mr Beeby has resigned as a protest agairfst the sale of three million bushels of wheat, the buyer being — Georgeson, without first, inviting public competition. MELBOURNE, July 14. At the bloodstock sales, King Offa and Lucknow were passed in, at 1850 and 2000 guineas respectively.
