MISTERS PLAN STRIKE.

LONDON, July 10. There is widespread consternation in industrial circles at the increase in tho price of coal. The miners regard tho increase as a challenge to their demand for nationalisation of the mines. Tho Miners' Conference at Keswick on July 15 will probably decide to take a national ballot on a strike early in August to force immediate nationalisation.

Sir Leo Chiozza Money asserts that the official figures show no justification for this increase."
