AUCKLAND SCHOOLS.
AUCKLAND, July 7
The serious overcrowding which exists in the schools of the city and environs ol Auckland is preventing many children from getting full benefit of the instruction which should be available under the educational system of the •Dominion. In order to overcome this difficulty, the Auckland Education Board has now in hand a programme of school construction and extensipus which, with new sites, will involvo an expenditure of over £100,000.
