MONTHLY RETURNS.
The monthly meteorological: returns for June as registered at the IDbmain weather station were as follow:— Highest barometric reading 30.8 on Ist, lowest 28.72 on 22nd; highest maximum thermometer 69 degrees on 11th, lowest 41 on 27th; highest minimum 53 degrees on lOtth, lowest 22 on Ist.
.. The total rainfall for the month was 2.07 inches. Rain fell on 10 days, the maximum fall beinc: 64 points of rain and snow on the 25th. For June; 1918, the total rainfall was 2.52 inches.
Frost was registered on 19 nights, varying from 1 to 16 degrees.
