Our Methven. correspondent telephoned this morning:—Very heavy rain lias fallen here during the last two days. There was no snow, and the weather has not been very cold. This morning the weather looks like clearing. Last night 130 points of rain- fell, the total rainfall for tho past two days being 2.60 inches.
