. LONDON, March 7. A wireless Press message says the
armistice negotiations at. Spa regarding German shipping have been tern""" porarily broken off. The German Commissioner, acting on the Government's instructions, demanded that shipping, nuance, and food should be considered together, also a guarantee of 2,500,000 ■tons of foodstuffs in exchange for the German shipping. The Entente representatives were instructed to demand that the shipping be handed over without guaranteeing to feed Germany until the harvest. The French Commis•ifeisiQners suggested breaking off negotiations, as their instructions prevented agreement. •; - - ;
