WAR REGULATIONS
A 7 BILL READY
WELLINGTON, May 29
Another war measure' will bo introduced by the Government this week extending the scope of the War Regulations Act. The latter dealt mainly with enemy trading, censorship and other matters directly under military control. The amending Bill will give powers equally wide to those of the original Act covering other spheres, whero official control now is considered advisable.. Anti-treating is one of the subjects included in the Bill. It also is necessary to take further steps .affecting the general community, apart from soldiers.
