GERMANS BOASTING

LONDON, November 23

.;< - A '] ' Rotterdam correspondent reports that, the Germans are boasting that a combination of a Zeppelin and an aeroplane is being built in Berlin. The machine will not use gas, buoyancy being obtained by chambers of air, and it will be built of light metal. A feature of the contrivance will be an enormous propellor. A German engineer stated that London would be at the mercy'of this new bomb-machine.
