LONDON; November 23. . - Tod Sloan, the well-known American : jockey, and Mademoiselle Dherlys, a ; French Revue artist, were arrested at Romany's restaurant under the Defence of the Realm Acfc. Mademoiselle , Dherlys. was. deported to France and ■ Sloan to America: No charge was pre- ; ferred. They wore simply described as , < undesirable. An appeal is not allo^flsL*-... under the Act. Sloan was recently , appearing at music-halls in the ; suburbs. It is understood that hfc recent autobiography sold well, but was ' inadequate to his extravagant style living. '""' V" '
