LONDON,, November 23,

The Board of Agriculture has issued a leaflet recommending the increased production of cheese, because of the present high prices, and as a contribution to the national food supply. Jt adds that under present conditions the use of large quantities of milfe in the production of butter is wasteful. Wholesome and economical substitutes for butter are available. Butter contains less thaii half the food that ism the milk required for its manufacture. The leaflet is causing; comment in the trade, some regarding it as "am advertisement for margerine. ;
