LONRON, November' 2L The Greek Legation, instructed from Athons, denies tho existence of any Gneeo^Bulgarian agreement except a technical protocol of October 29, signed by. the representatives of the Crs-eco-Bulgarian railways, providing for tho purchase in Bulgaria of 10,000 tons of cereals and that Bulgarian waggons* should bo used! to transport them. ,
