(Received November 23, 11.55 a.m.) ■ LONDON, November 22. The report of the Central, Board controlling the liquor traffic shows that the number of prosecutions for drunkenness dropped by .40 per cent, in the first four weeks compared with the preceding month.

A meeting of 300 delegates from 7 unions, including the railwaymen, demanded tho withdrawal of the restriction on the London hours for tho sale of liquor. The meeting hinted at a " down tools " if the restrictions were enforced.
