NO CONCESSIONS TO BULGARIA; : PARIS, August^ 12. The Dedeagatch correspondent of the "Temps " says that as the outcome of the Austro-German victories, the Young Turks, except Enyer Pasha, are repiigriant 'to making territorial concessions to Bulgaria. The story goes- that at a meeting- at the Ministry of War, Enver Pasha and Marshal yon der Goltz explained the necessity of obtaining Bulgaria's friendly neutrality.
