AN ORDER-IN-COUNCIL. WELLINGTON, August 10. An Order-in-Couucil just gazetted i provides that if the Attorney-General is satisfied in respect of any company, firm or person carrying on business in New Zealand, that any "alien enemy, whether resident in New Zealand or elsewhpre, is interested in that business, and that the business is being carried on under representations calculated to mislead the public as to the persons interested .in that business; the Attomey-GeH*rral may, bynotico in the "Gazette," prohibit that company, firm or person from continuing to carry on business in New Zealand.
