In the Supreme Court, Glifton James McComrick, charged with arsob at Te Aroha, was described as a degenerate aiid. ordered to serve two years' reformative treatment.
Eruera Karaka and Mita Hora, two Maoris from the Gisborne district, charged with breaking, entering, jan.d theft, were ordered to serve 12 months' reformative treatment on the expiry of a sentence of 12 months for the theft of a horse.
