HAVRE, August 2. The Belgian Sta.fi: is publishing documents contradicting the Germany calumny that, because of a conspiracy with England, Belgium violated her owu. neutrality. The documents bliow that Belgium in August disposed of
her forces on all her boundaries in readiness to meet an attempt in any direction.
