(Received A ugust 2, 8.35 a;m.) LONDON, August 1. A private in. the sth Argylls, who was wounded at the Dardanelles, states that German officers strap Turks to machine guns, which are fastened tc the ground with bolts. A number of Turks were found sitting thus, wounded.
